Rao, Judge:

The merchandise involved in this case consists of rectangular pieces of marble imported from Italy, %-inch thick, 20 inches wide, in lengths of 13, 30, 42, 54, and 60 inches, with , square edges, polished on the top and four sides, described on the invoice as “All *177White Type P marble slabs.” It was assessed with duty at 21 per centum ad valorem under paragraph 232(d) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as modified by the Sixth Protocol of Supplementary Concessions to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, 91 Treas.
