This was a claim for compensation, filed with the industrial commission by the wife of a deceased employee who was alleged to have met his death by reason of an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment. The claim was heard by one of the commissioners, who entered an award denying com*775pcusation. The claimant then presented to the judge of the superior court her petition for certiorari, assigning error upon the ruling of tlio commissioner, and here excepts to the refusal of the judge to sanction her petition.
