This suit was instituted by plaintiffs in error against defendants in error, to quiet their title to an undivided half interest in 80 acres of land described in the petition, and it is alleged that Lucy Fox was the owner of the other undivided half interest in said land. Hereinafter the parties will be designated as they were in the trial court.
