Defendant appeals a judgment convicting her of first-degree theft. ORS 164.055. She asserts that the trial court erred in imposing restitution in the amount of $2,336.96, contending that that restitution award is not supported by sufficient evidence. Defendant’s assignment of error is unpreserved; she acknowledges that she failed to “specifically object to the trial court’s imposition of restitution in the amount of $2,336.96.” Nonetheless, defendant urges this court to conduct plain error review under ORAP 5.45Q).
