Appellee instituted this action against appellant to recover damages alleged to have been sustained in the purchase of certain bank stock by fraudulent misrepresentations made to Mm by appellant in regard to the value of the stock. Appellant denied all the allegations of fraud and deceit, and on the trial of the issue the verdict was in favor of appellee.
