PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 1. Anthony Mercie Expose was convicted by a jury in the Stone County Circuit Court of forcible sexual intercourse. Expose was sentenced to serve thirty-five years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections and to register as a sex offender upon release from custody. Expose subsequently filed post-trial motions, which were denied.
