Affirming.
Appellant was married to W. D. Drake in 1898. They lived together until 1916, when they were divorced.
One child, a daughter, was bom to them in 1902, and. by the judgment of divorce her custody was given to each of them for part, of the time. He continued to live on his. farm a few miles from Lexington, while his wife thereafter lived in the city. When the child was at the mother’s home he frequently went there, and the relations between the former husband and wife appeared to be friendly.
