On account of tbe voluminous record in this case we find it impossible to set out in this opinion 'the many contentions of counsel or give a detailed statement of tbe pleadings or tbe *46facts. We shall, therefore, only discuss those facts which we deem controlling in the decision of the case.

This bill was filed in the chancery court of Madison county by Frank Jones against Isidor Gross. The object and purpose of the bill is to obtain an accounting by Frank Jones with Isidore Gross and the cancellation of a deed in trust held by Gross on a quarter…
