In the administration of the estate of Mrs. Ora Shirley, intestate, in the Chancery Court of Pike County, appellant probated his claim in the amount of $1,522.77. It sought payment for board, lodging, clothing, medical attention and nursing; taxes on her property furnished the decedent, his sister, for the years 1939-1944 inclusive; and funeral expenses paid by claimant for the decedent’s interment.
