Henry Schreiner was convicted of statutory rape and was sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary. He seeks a reversal of the sentence.
1. The first assignment of error is that the information is insufficient in this, that it does not contain an allegation that the girl was not the wife of the defendant at the time the offense is alleged to have been committed.
