C.M.B., a woman who was the subject of an involuntary commitment proceeding, seeks review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals. The issue is whether a judicial court commissioner's order dismissing an involuntary commitment proceeding for lack of probable cause is directly reviewable by the circuit court or the court of appeals. If the order is directly reviewable by the circuit court, the question we must address is what type of review must be afforded.
