This was a suit by the appellee, Mary A. Led-ford, against the appellants, Alexander H. and Columbus S. Ledford, commenced in the Howard Circuit Court. The object of the suit was to recover of the appellants, who were •the brothers of the appellee, the value of her work and labor ■ done at their instance and request, as their housekeeper, during the period of three years. Before answering' the complaint, the appellants’ motion to change the venue of the cause to some other county was sustained by the court, and the case was sent to the court below for issue and trial.
