Plaintiff Mist-On Systems, Inc. brings this action against defendants Gilley’s European Tan Spa and Dan Gilley for copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 501, contributory copyright infringement and vicarious liability, unfair competition under *976Wisconsin common law and false designation of origin and false representations under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a).
