Introduction

By Memorandum and Order dated September 24, 1993, we fixed an evidentiary hearing for September 29, 1993 to afford the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (“PBGC”) an opportunity to present evi dence in support of its Motion for Stay-Pending Appeal (“Motion”). The PBGC had filed an appeal from this Court’s Order dated September 21, 1993 by which we approved an agreement (“Agreement”) between Sharon Steel Corporation (“Debtor”) and the United Steelworkers of America (“USWA”).
