MEMORANDUM OPINION
DAVID H. COAR, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on remand from the District Court for the Northern District of Illinois [District Court]. The Bloomington Factory Workers [Workers] brought challenges in the District Court to several orders entered by this Court in connection with the reorganization of the above-denominated Debtors. In an opinion reported at UNARCO Bloomington Factory Workers v. UNR Industries, Inc., 124 B.R. 268 (N.D.Ill.1990), the District Court disposed of some of the Work ers’ challenges.
