Plaintiff William D. Coleman (“Plaintiff’) alleges that he was exposed to “injurious levels of asbestos” throughout his life. (Doc. 1-1 at p. 13). The source of the asbestos was allegedly the Libbey-Owens-Ford (“LOF”) Plant located in Shreveport, *610Louisiana. {Id. at pp. 13-14). The LOF Plant was, for purposes of this Ruling and Order, owned by Defendant Pilkington North America, Inc. (“Pilkington”), as successor-in-interest to LOF. {Id. at p. 14).
