Guardianship of Peterson

By stipulation, the two appeals have been consolidated. Appellant Leo R. Peterson is the petitioner for letters of guardianship and the objector in the adoption proceeding. He is the father of Kathleen Norma Peterson, five years of age. On September 1, 1942, by order of the Superior Court of Kern County, the minor was declared to have been abandoned by her parents and freed from their custody and control.
