Defendant-appellant Richard E. Carley appeals from his convictions after entering guilty pleas to two counts of aggravated murder with mass murder and felony murder specifications.

Appellant challenges the acceptance by the trial court three-judge panel of his guilty pleas because of the panel’s failure to comply with several of the requirements set forth in R.C. 2945.06.
