KAYATTA, Circuit Judge.

Robert Anderson appeals his sentence, imposed pursuant to the Armed Career Criminal Act (“ACCA”), 18 U.S.C. § 924(e), following his guilty plea on two counts of possession of a firearm and am munition by a convicted felon, id. § 922(g)(1). The correctness of the district court’s application of ACCA turns on whether at least three crimes for which Anderson was previously convicted were “violent felonies” as that term is defined in ACCA’s residual clause.
