Plaintiff seeks to recover total disability benefits under a policy of insurance issued by defendant. Cross-motions for summary judgment, supported by affidavits, were filed by the parties. The court sustained plaintiff’s motion and entered judgment in his favor for $10,506.66. From that judgment defendant appeals.
