This case arises out of a dispute over attorneys' fees. Plaintiff Berliner Corcoran & Rowe LLP ("BCR") represented Defendants Global Horizons, Inc. ("Global Horizons") and Mordechai Orian ("Orian") (collectively, "Global") in a matter still pending before the Department of Labor ("DOL").
