PONDER, Justice.

After a careful study of the record in this case, the oral arguments ad*823vanced on this appeal and the briefs filed in support thereof, we have arrived at the conclusion that the trial judge has correctly stated the facts, the law applicable thereto and correctly disposed of all the issues raised; and we, therefore, adopt his opinion as the opinion of this Court, viz.:
