This is an appeal from a final judgment of the Circuit Court of Cabell County, West Virginia, involving two civil actions which were consolidated, both relating to the construction of a complicated will of Ashby J. Wilkinson of Huntington and Barboursville, West Virginia. The appeal was granted June 29, 1970, from a judgment of February 20, 1970, affirming the court’s prior decision.
