This is an appeal from a decision of the Circuit Court of Pendleton County which held that the adoption by the appellee, Eula Reedy, of her adult stepson satisfied a condition imposed by the will of Harvey A. Propst, so as to vest in the appellee fee simple title to an undivided one-half interest in certain real estate devised by the will. The appellants, Betty Lou Propst and other heirs of Harvey A.
