This was a suit in equity begun by a bill of interpleader, duly verified, filed in the District Court of the United States for the District of Idaho by Sunshine Mining Company, a corporation (hereafter called the company), against Evelyn H. Treinies; Katherine Mason and T. R. Mason, her husband; Seattle-First National Bank, a national banking association located in Washington, as administrator with the will annexed of the estate of John Pelkes, deceased; J. C. Cheney, whom a State court of Washington, in a suit by Pelkes against the Masons and the company, had appointed…
