Petitioner, Reynolds Metals Company (Reynolds) seeks review of two unreported Federal Power Commission orders issued in Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company, Docket No. RP75-32: a letter order issued 31 December 19741 and an order denying rehearing issued 27 February 1975.2 Reynolds challenges the Commission’s rejection of a rate filing by Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company (Arkla) made pursuant to section 4 of the Natural Gas Act.3 The FPC rejected Arkla’s rate filing because it attempted to change the terms of service set forth…
