Defendant, Richard A. Stroek, appeals the order of restitution prescribed in conjunction with the sentence imposed following the entry of his guilty pleas to driving under the influence and unlawful possession of a controlled substance. He also challenges the court’s denial of his motion for the return of property seized from him following his arrest. We reverse the orders and remand for further proceedings.
