JOHNSON, President:
A. E. Parker and others filed their bill against William A. Yalentine and Julia A. Yalentine to enforce the lien of a judgment against thirty acres of land conveyed to Julia A. Yalentine by one William H. Pierpoint. The suit was brought in the circuit court of Eitchie county, in which county the land was situated and the judgment recorded. The judgment was for $55.46 with interest from January 5, 1875, and the costs. The bill further alleges that on Octo*678ber 13, 1883, William A.
