Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Chemung County (Tarantelli, J.), entered May 13, 2015, which, among other things, granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, to modify a prior order of custody.

Petitioner (hereinafter the father) and respondent (hereinafter the mother) are the parents of two children (born in 2006 and 2007). Pursuant to a February 2012 order entered upon the stipulation of the parties, the mother had primary physical custody of the children with the father having visitation with them.
