OPINION AND ORDER
NORGLE, District Judge:. Before the court is the motion of defendants Englewood Health Services (“EHS”), Haroon Ansari (“Ansari”), and Travis Baldwin (“Baldwin”) (collectively “private defendants”) to dismiss the first amended complaint to the extent it is directed against them. 1 For the following reasons, the motion is granted.
