Center Electric, Inc., was founded by defend ant Carl E. Strock in 1944. He has continued as majority stockholder ever since. The business consists mainly of the sale, repair and rebuilding of electric motors and related products used in commercial and industrial enterprises in the Tacoma area. Jack L. Walters, plaintiff, is an engineer who has extensive experience in the sale and marketing of electrical products. Walters joined Center as its general manager on May .1, 1966.
