PIVARNIK, Justice.

Defendant-Appellant Adam Jordan was found guilty by jury of theft, a class D felony, and found to be an habitual offender. He was sentenced on November 15, 1984 to thirty-three (83) years imprisonment. He directly appeals, raising the following issues for our review:

1. whether his confession was voluntarily given;

2. whether there was sufficient corroborating evidence of the corpus delicti of the offense to warrant the introduction of his confession;

3. whether the verdict is sustained by sufficient evidence;

4. habitual offender finding.
