PIVARNIK, Justice.

Defendant-Appellant Willie Richard Clifford Youngblood was found guilty by a jury in the Madison Superior Court Division I of carrying a handgun without a permit, a class D felony; professional gambling, a class D felony; and unauthorized dealing in alcoholic beverages, a class B misdemean- or. Appellant was also found by the jury to be an habitual eriminal. The trial court sentenced Appellant to two years imprisonment for the conviction of carrying a handgun without a permit, which he enhanced by thirty (80) years on the finding of habitual offender; two (2) years…
