On April 13, 2015, Plaintiff Mario Cooper-wood filed a Complaint in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of Will County, Illinois against the City of Crest Hill, Illinois, Unknown Crest Hill Police Officers, Unknown Will County Sheriffs Deputies, Crest Hill Police Officer Farmer, and Will County Sheriff Paul Kaupas in his official capacity.
