This Cause is before the Court upon Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment. The Court has consider the motion, response, and reviewed pertinent portions of the record, and accordingly enters the following Order.

BACKGROUND 1

This case arises from Plaintiffs allegation that he was denied access to Proplayer stadium because of his disability; he seeks injunctive ■ relief pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12181, et seq.
