Appellant, Dinzel Earl Norman, was convicted by a jury of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and conspiracy to manufacture marijuana and was sentenced by the Newton County Circuit Court to a combined term of forty years in the Arkansas Department of Correction. Norman appeals the circuit court’s judgment of conviction, and this court has jurisdiction of the appeal pursuant to Ark. Sup. Ct. R. 1-2(a)(2).
