This is an action in equity to'require a justice of the peace to correct a judgment entry in his docket by striking out the words “to rent in the sum of $ (no money) possession (only)” and the words “and rent in the sum of $ (no money).” The court entered a decree ordering the correction of the record entry as prayed, and defendants have appealed.
