Appellant has presented this controversy by an appeal from an order dismissing and quashing a temporary restraining order.

Plaintiff-appellant is a nonprofit, charitable corporation operating a public hospital in Minneapolis. Irrespective of nationality, race, or creed, the hospital opens its doors to those seeking medical or surgical treatment. Recent years have brought a daily average of 158 patients to the hospital.
