In this case, the defendant, V.R., appeals the judgment of the trial court terminating her parental rights to S.R. in favor of the State of Louisiana.1 For the following reasons, we affirm.
FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
The State’s involvement in V.R.’s family began in March 1998, relative to her older daughter V.S.2 S.R. was born on December 5, 1998, while the State was providing services to V.R. and V.S.
