A jury convicted Miguel Salamanca of five counts of accomplice to first degree assault for driving the vehicle from which multiple gunshots were fired at five people in another vehicle. Mr. Salamanca was sentenced to five terms within the standard range, to be served consecutively. He appeals, contending trial errors and newly discovered evidence entitle him to a new trial; or four of the con victions should be reduced to second degree assault; or his sentences should run concurrently. We affirm.
