Affirming.

At Ms trial under an indictment charging Mm with seducing a female under 21 years of age under promise of marriage (as denounced by section 1214 of our present Statutes), the appellant and defendant below, Isaac Webster, was convicted in the G-rant circuit court and punished by confinement in the penitentiary for two years.
