Judy Rae Connolly appeals from an order of the District Court, First Judicial District, Lewis and Clark County, modifying the parties’ dissolution decree and awarding Michael T. Connolly custody of the parties’ four minor children.

On November 5, 1980, the District Court issued a decree of dissolution dissolving the marriage of Judy Rae Connolly and Michael T. Connolly. The decree of dissolution incorporated a property settlement agreement which contained provisions relating to the support and custody of the parties’ four minor children.
