In the present case, the issue is whether the trial court’s failure to make express findings with respect to the statutory factors regarding restitution set forth in § 17, MCL 780.767(1), (4); MSA 28.1287(767)(1), (4) 1 as error that invalidates that portion of the judgment directing restitution.
