OPINION

HARBISON, Justice.

In this non-jury action the lessee of a commercial building sought reimbursement from two subsequent sets of assignees of the lease for the amount of judgment, interest and attorneys’ fees which the lessee had been required to pay to the lessors. The trial court allowed recovery, and the assignees appealed. They presented numerous issues, all of which were overruled by the Court of Appeals with the exception of the question of mitigation of damages.
