TAMILIA, J.:, ¶ 1 Brian Frisbie appeals from the November 17, 2004, aggregate judgment of sentence of 82 to 152 months imprisonment imposed after a jury found him guilty of involuntary manslaughter, 1 aggravated assault, 2 and recklessly endangering another person. 3
