MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

This adversary proceeding is presently before the court as a result of an attempted removal of an action from the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. The parties who attempted the removal have requested this court to transfer the proceeding to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, which is now presiding over bankruptcy cases in which the defendants in the original district court action are debtors.
