The early stages of the factual background of the instant dispute are set forth in our Opinion of July 21, 1989, in the main bankruptcy case, now in Chapter 7, underlying the present proceeding, reported at 102 B.R. 431, 431-34, 439 (Bankr.E.D.Pa.1989) (hereinafter cited as “City Wide I”).
