Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (O’Dwyer, J.), rendered February 9, 1984, convicting him of manslaughter in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant contends on appeal that the court erred in accepting his guilty plea without inquiring further as to whether he was knowingly waiving his potential justification defense.
