— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Mclnerney, J.), rendered January 3, 1985, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
We find no violation of the defendant’s Sixth Amendment right to retain counsel of his own choosing without unwarranted judicial interference (see, Matter of Abrams [Anonymous], 62 NY2d 183, 200; People v Gomberg, 38 NY2d 307, 312-313).
