• This cause comes into this court on error from the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Geauga county, wherein Estelle V. BacBride, plaintiff, recovered a judgment against The Chardon Lakes Inn Company, a corporation, defendant, impersonal injuries received by her as a result of falling down an unlighted stairway at the inn of the defendant company where plaintiff was an invitee.
